Dear Alex,
I hope you’re doing well! I’m writing to invite you to a special farewell party for our colleague, James, who is leaving the company after ten years of dedicated service. It’s a great opportunity to show our appreciation and wish him well on his next adventure.
The party will take place on Friday, 15th May, at 7:00 PM at The Green Oak Restaurant in the city center. We have reserved a private hall and arranged for a buffet dinner, along with some fun activities to make the evening memorable.
It would be truly special to have you there because James has always spoken highly of your support and friendship at work. Your presence would mean a lot to him, and I’m sure we’ll all have a fantastic time reminiscing about the good old days.
Please let me know if you can make it. Looking forward to celebrating together!
