一次教别人或被别人教会的经历。 用三个关键词记住 当时的目标 → 遇到的困难与行动 → 结果及下一步。同一经历可以用于相关题，但每次都要回应当下的题目。上方练习区可以保存你的关键词。

表达支架 ​

  • One thing I learned was… 我学到的一点是…… 从故事回到收获。
  • At first,… but eventually,… 起初……但最终…… 讲过程，展示前后变化。

  • Be Specific: When answering questions, use concrete examples from your personal experience. For instance, instead of saying, "I enjoy learning," you could elaborate with, "I enjoy learning languages, particularly Spanish, because it allows me to connect with people from different cultures."
  • Expand Your Answers: Go beyond simple “yes” or “no” responses. Provide reasons and explanations to show your thought process. For example, if asked why you enjoy learning, you might explain the personal satisfaction that comes with mastering new skills or languages.
  • Use a Range of Vocabulary: Show your linguistic ability by using a variety of words and expressions. Avoid repeating the same words—synonyms will make your speech sound more natural and sophisticated.
  • Use Examples: Support your points with examples. Instead of saying, "Teachers are important," you could say, "Teachers play a crucial role in shaping the future of students by not only imparting knowledge but also guiding them through personal growth."
